Type and Creator explores the esoteric (or not so esoteric, if you are a practitioner of computer science) world of jumping through hoops of logic to create a system of codes to match document types to applications. In more general terms, most computing is done in an object oriented way, where the world is modeled as objects which pass messages between each other to create the illusion of a running application. Typically you might have objects of type, dog, cat, bicycle etc…and constructors or initialisers to create these objects.
